Executive Assistant Training and Development
Transforming you into the linchpin your boss can't do without
Are you ready to become the executive assistant you've always wanted to be?
Executive assistant training and development from My EA Career helps you feel confident, capable and ready for success.
EAs and administrative assistants like you are the backbone of the corporate world. You provide an invaluable and crucial service to your boss. Still, it’s a role that is fraught with challenges and frustrations.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed in your job, you’re not alone.
The executive assistant role has changed. You're no longer only managing diaries and booking travel. Today's executive assistants are project managers, strategic planners and relationship builders. You're wearing many hats. And you have to be able to adapt to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
The problem is, while the role has evolved and expanded, people still see you as having limited capabilities and potential. Now, you’re feeling stuck. You’re worried about your promotability. You might even feel the threat of younger and more educated executive assistants.
What if I told you there’s another way?
One-to-one outcomes-based executive assistant coaching that enhances your skills and boosts your confidence so you can support your boss and your organisation more effectively.
Executive assistant training purposefully designed to take you from being functionally effective to strategically capable and highly competent. You’ll have the skills and the confidence you need to perform at your best.
Motivate your team and build their confidence with powerful insights and practical tools to help them stand out, and become more than just an assistant.
Power up your EA potential and your career
Do you want to contribute more but lack the confidence or skills? Do you want to go from feeling invisible to being assertive and capable?
Working as an executive assistant wasn't the ‘all care, no responsibility’ job that I thought it was. I used all the skills and interpersonal abilities that I'd spent my entire working life building. I wasn't prepared for the complex nature of this role, but you can be.
As an experienced (and qualified) coach and trainer, I help executive and administrative assistants transform their mindset and find confidence. I'm all about helping you build the capabilities you need to achieve the career of your dreams.
But I haven't always been an EA. I've also had a successful career in blue-chip sales and marketing. And I’m committed to using my experience and knowledge to help you become more than just an assistant.
Executive assistant training and development that makes you feel:
Feel in control, valued and trusted to make the right decisions.
Be your best and have the confidence to influence and lead those around you.
Know that your contribution is critical to the success of your boss and your organisation.
Be more perceptive, proactive and better aligned with the needs of your boss.
Take action and take control of your career goals.
Be more productive, feel more creative and be happier at work.
Down-to-earth, generous and ready to shine a light on your executive assistant career
Hi there, I'm Liz, and I'm the face and expert behind My EA Career. In 2013, I was recovering from breast cancer and I knew returning to my demanding career in senior sales and marketing was impossible. Instead, I became an executive assistant, a role that at the time I badly misunderstood.
Having walked in your shoes, I'm aware of the incredible contribution you make to your boss. And to your organisation. But I also know that you're often undervalued, under-utilised and, at times, under-appreciated.
That's where I step in. I've learnt that it takes more than hard skills (like providing administrative support or diary management) to be a competent EA. So I equip executive and administrative assistants with career-boosting confidence and POWER skills.
Choosing me as your coach or trainer means you'll learn the range of interpersonal skills that can help you better support your boss. You'll become an invaluable linchpin that they can't succeed without.
I can't wait to get to know you and help shine a light on your valuable contribution.
